SiCepat is our courier for all shipments. We ship every Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Please allow 1-2 working days processing time after payment confirmation for us to check your payment, perform quality control of your merchandise, and pack your order. You will be sent a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.
Orders with payment received after 3pm WIB (Monday-Friday) and 12pm WIB (Saturday) will be processed on the next working day.
If the products that you have received is not the right size, we accept exchange of products within 3 days after you receive your package, while stock is available.
You must provide an unboxing video within 24 hours when you report your incomplete orders/defective goods (video must show the beginning of opening the package). We are unable to process any replacements without any proof of the video.
We can ONLY exchange an item for a different size in the same style.
Please note that SALE items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Our little customers' hygiene and safety is very important to us, so certain items such as underwear, swimwear, mask, toys, home goods, and accessories can't be returned or exchanged.
